This guy in Mosul was taking a mud bath. he remained in mosul during 2017 when ISIS rule and had to conform with their strict rules, once such being no smoking. he was caught smoking however and the injury they did to his left wrist is still evident today. Cigarettes were getting rare and got to cost $100 each towards the end of ISIS rule.
